Joyride Brewing is pleased to be able to offer in-person seating again. Please help us to follow the law and keep our space as safe as possible for our staff and fellow customers. If you are feeling sick, or have experienced any COVID-like symptoms in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or exhibited COVID-like symptoms in the last 14 days, we ask that you do not enter the building.
In order to manage the flow of customers, we will be moving to a reservation-based system for the indefinite future. Walk-ins will only be able to be seated if there are empty tables or cancelled reservations. We will also have a wait-list available in case any groups no-show or leave early.
We will be seating you, and all groups will need to check in at the Lemonade Stand, which will double as our host stand. While waiting for your table, we ask that you do not congregate by the front door and maintain social distancing. Please do not move any of the tables or chairs, they have been placed in a way to maintain distance between you and other guests. There will be hand sanitizer stations in multiple areas throughout our taproom and rooftop and ask that you use it when you enter and exit the building, at a minimum.
Reservations for 2-8 people will be available for one hour and forty-five minute periods. At the end of each reservation period, we will allow for 15 minutes to do thorough cleaning and disinfecting.
Table reservations are $10-$40, which will be applied to your tab. No refunds will be issued if tabs are smaller than the reservation fee. Parties who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be seated and will forfeit their reservation fee. Reservation fees will be refunded as long as reservations are cancelled at least two hours before the reservation time.
At this time, we will not be allowing parties to reserve two or more time slots in a row, however, if there is a table open/unreserved in the subsequent time slot after their reservation, you can put your name on the waiting list.
For the first stage of our reopening, in-person seating will be restricted to 21+ year old humans only. Our goal is to incorporate kids and dogs into future phases, but if you show up for a reservation or as a walk-in with either, we will not be able to seat you.
We will be requiring customers to wear a mask when they are not seated at their table. This means when entering the building, when getting up to use the restroom, and when getting up to leave the building. If you arrive without a mask, we will be able to sell you one for a nominal fee. No standing/congregating will be allowed, and all service will be down at the table. Please do not get up to order at the bar. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines and please stay 6 feet away from other customers at all times. If you have a condition where you are not able to adhere to our mask and social distancing policy, or are unwilling to do so, please allow us to serve you in other ways, such as to-go or delivery.
We know these changes will feel different and perhaps even weird at first, but we please ask you to adhere to these restrictions so we can continue to operate and prevent the spread of the disease at the same time. Thank you for your support, and we’re excited to see you.
