BoozeWater Hard Seltzer - Pineapple Passionfruit 5% ABV

Edgewater’s first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan’s Lake area’s first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural pineapple and passionfruit purées create delicious sweet and tropical flavors that compliment the snappy carbonation. With only 150 calories per serving, this is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.
Goats Go To Helles Lager 5% ABV | 20 IBU

Helles is German for "light or bright", and this light lager is bound to brighten anyone's day. Our Helles uses all premium German ingredients and features grainy-sweet and bready malt flavors with a restrained bitterness and a light floral aroma from the hops. This beer was named after one of our Brewmaster’s favorite songs of the 90's, and he hopes it will help you have a good time.
Czech the Rhime - Czech Pilsner 5% ABV | 40 IBU

Named after the classic song from A Tribe Called Quest, Czech the Rhime is our take on the classic lager style. This Czech style Pilsner has clean and crisp cracker malt flavor with beautiful earthy, herbal, and floral notes from the use of 100% Saaz hops. Bohemian malt, yeast, and hops help keep this very traditional, while a moderate whirlpool addition adds a bit of a modern twist. Overall, you’ll find this lager refreshing, balanced, clean, and extremely tasty. You on point, Phife? All the time, Tip.
Gold of Sunshine - Barrel Aged Sour 7.2% ABV | 15 IBU

This delightful sour beer is destined to glow. The base beer spent over 2 years in a Chardonnay barrel and it definitely picked up some of the wine's fruity tones. Three types of Lactobacillus, two types of Brettanomyces, and a strain of Pediococcus combine to create a complex sour profile that is deliciously refreshing. We suggest you hold it near as it were your own.
Ah, Ale Yeah! v10 Hazy Pale Ale 5.5% ABV | 25 IBU

This is the tenth in a series of experimental hop forward American Pale Ales. The plan is to play around with different hop combos, malt compositions, & water profiles. This particular version focuses on a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro, with strong flavors of dank pineapple, coconut, melon rind, mango, and honey. The mash includes 15% oats which help provide a very luscious mouthfeel. We’re sure that after your first sip, you’ll say “Ah, Ale Yeah!”
The IPA Experiment #17 7.7% ABV | 40 IBU

For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPAs. The seventeenth in the series was brewed with Sultana, Cashmere, Chinook, and Ekuanot. Look for notes of pineapple, peach, key lime, candied watermelon, and apricot. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
Lounge Pants - India Pale Lager 6.3% ABV | 45 IBU

No time to put on "real" pants? No judgement and no problem. This IPL has all the hoppy goodness you'd expect from an IPA with the smooth finish of a lager. Calypso, Cashmere, Amarillo, and Ekuanot hops supply pear, melon, grapefruit, and berry flavors. Come get comfy with this one.
Loxodonta Imperial Stout 12% ABV | 40 IBU

Loxodonta is the scientific name for elephant, and this 12% Imperial Stout is as complex as its name. Big flavors of cocoa, roast, and molasses give way to honey, fig, praline, and cherry as it warms. Aggressively hopped with Colorado grown CTZ to balance the sweetness. Very limited quantities as the vast majority of this beer was put into whiskey barrels.
2018 Bourbon Barrel Aged Dr. Friese's Breakfast Stout 10% ABV | 40 IBU

This burly stout was originally brewed with two types of coffee from Kicking HorseⓇ out of British Columbia, as well as two types of chocolate back in 2017. It then spent 13 months in a freshly dumped Breckenridge Distilling bourbon barrel where it continued to mature and gain complexity. The coffee flavors have subdued, but roast and chocolate flavors are still prevalent, with oak and boozy bourbon tones that remind you of maple, vanilla, molasses, and coconut. The best part of waking up is Joyride in your cup.
Veritable Riot - Pre Prohibition style Pilsner 5.2% ABV | 20 IBU

In the Spring of 1908, Edgewater became the first city in Colorado to vote themselves dry. The Colorado Transcript reports that the night before Prohibition went into effect a “veritable riot” occurred during the closing of the Golden Gate Saloon, including the severe beating of Edgewater Mayor C.E. Spicer. We brewed this beer to be similar to the type of Pilsners that were served that night, using Colorado grown barley, rice, corn, German hops, and German yeast. Grainy with a hint of corn, and an earthy, herbal, and floral hop character.
Ice Cutter Kölsch 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU

In the winter after Thomas Sloan flooded his farm, he would cut ice from the lake and sell it to local breweries. As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style, very smooth & drinkable like a lager with a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor & a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.
Relax, Don't Worry - Dark Czech Lager 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU

Relax, don't worry, and enjoy this delightful Dark Czech Lager. Brewed almost entirely with Colorado grown Root Shoot malt for toasted bread, raisin, molasses, and smooth roast flavors with a hint of dried cherries. A drier finish and lighter body help keep it flavorful and sessionable at the same time. This style is one of the godfather of homebrewing's favorites, and we hope you'll enjoy it as well.
Doontoon Scottish Ale 4.8% ABV | 20 IBU

You'll want to sing about this Scottish Export Ale. Two types of crystal malt and a dash of chocolate malt provide ample bready, biscuity, and caramel character with more subtle flavors of apricot, fruit leather, plum, brown sugar, and cocoa. A classic Scottish yeast finishes clean and keeps the focus on the malt, while English hops add just a touch of earthiness. When you're alone and life is getting you lonely, Ye kin always go, Ach! Doontoon!
Alternate Paths Hazy IPA 6.9% ABV | 40 IBU

You'll be able to taste tropical hop flavors clearly through Alternate Paths Hazy IPA. Mosaic and Talus hops intertwine to create stone fruit, pineapple, mango, jasmine, and sweet mandarin orange flavors. A large dose of wheat and oat in the mash help create a base that is silky, smooth, and ready to deliver all the hop goodness.
Edgewater IPA 6.9% ABV | 60 IBU

Edgewater IPA is a west coast style IPA that bursts out of the glass. We use obscene amounts of Apollo and Chinook with a touch of Amarillo hops to layer citrus, piney, resiny and floral characteristics across your palate. The hop explosion and dry finish make this extremely drinkable and enjoyable. Edgewater. This is our town. This is our IPA. Take it for a ride.
Barrel Aged Suspicious Circumstances Baltic Porter 10.7% ABV | 15 IBU

This version of Suspicious Circumstances Baltic Porter was aged in a blend of different whiskey barrels from Law's Whiskey House for 8+ months. Aside from adding oaky, vanilla, cocoa, and coconut flavors, the barrel also helps to amplify the dark fruit character in the porter, with dark cherry and black currant popping out. A fine sipping beer.
Joyride Double IPA 9% ABV | 100 IBU

Calling all Hop Heads, this beer is for you! We use 4.5 pounds of hops per barrel to give our Double IPA an aggressive and delicious hop profile. Four different types of American and German malts are used, but the hops are definitely the star here. Seven different additions of Simcoe and Citra hops layer piney, citrus, tropical fruit and melon flavors into this dangerously drinkable ale.
