BoozeWater Hard Seltzer - Citra Orange 5% ABV
Edgewater’s first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan’s Lake area’s first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural mandarin orange and tangerine purées create delicious sweet and tropical flavors, while a Citra dry hop add additional peach, passionfruit, guava, and grapefruit aromas. With only 150 calories per serving, this is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.
Dos Elefantes Mexican Lager 5.2% ABV | 15 IBU
From Cervercería de Joyride comes the preeminent patio crusher this side of the Rio Grande. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt and corn for a crisp finish and a touch of sweetness, as well as Vienna for a light bready backend. Saaz hops provide just enough bitterness to counter the sweet, keeping this as easy drinking as a day at the beach. It’s clean and delicious as is, but it’s also terrific with a squeeze of lime. Why have one when you can have dos?
Elefantes Ámbar Mexican Amber Lager 4.5% ABV | 15 IBU
“The Red Elephant” is our take on a Mexican style amber lager. We started with a bready Vienna Lager base recipe and added corn for a slight sweetness and lighter body. It’s lovely as is, or with a squeeze of lime. It’s fantastic for Cinco de Mayo, but it’ll be great on Seis de Junio, Siete de Julio, and every day in between. Put on your party shirt and order one up!
That Would Really Hit the Spot Hefeweizen 5% ABV | 3 IBU
Ever since we opened up almost 7 years ago, our Brewmaster’s father has always asked us to brew a Hefeweizen, telling us it would “really hit the spot.” We hope we hit the mark with this classic interpretation of the style. This German wheat has banana and clove flavors from the yeast and a very low hop presence. Overall, you’ll find this beer light, thirst quenching, and perfect for Spring. Dare we say that it will really hit the spot?
Tetto Pils - Italian style Pilsner 5.2% ABV | 35 IBU
“Tetto” is Italian for rooftop, and although it’s available downstairs as well, we think it truly shines on our upstairs deck. A blend of Saphir, Callista, Southern Passion, and Hallertau hops contribute pleasant floral and herbal characteristics with a touch of red berries, passionfruit, and Asian pear. We chose a malt that was grown near Venice and the Adriatic Sea to highlight the terroir of the region and stay traditional to this emerging style.
Brut Together - Gluten Free Brut IPA 5.7% ABV | 50 IBU
This Brut IPA was brewed as a collaboration at Holidaily, a certified gluten free brewery, with multiple breweries across the state in honor of Celiac Awareness Month. The beer was brewed with local, certified gluten-free millet and buckwheat malts, rather than traditional wheat and barley malts. This crisp and light beer is characterized by a dry Brut flavor bursting with hops and fruity notes from fresh mango puree, pineapple, and oranges.
Batch 750 IPA 6.9% ABV | 50 IBU
For our 750th batch, we didn't want to make anything too gimmicky or bizarre, we just wanted to make a kick ass west coast style IPA. Talus, Simcoe, Wakatu, Mandarina Bavaria, and Colorado grown Chinook hops provide assertive strawberry candy, orange creamsicle, mango, and honeydew flavors that are sure to surprise and satisfy the hoppy beer drinker. A lighter body and dry finish make it easy to put back a few with ease. Here's to 750 batches, and to at least 750 more!
I'd Rather Die Happy - Wee Heavy 9% ABV | 20 IBU
Our good friends at Barrels & Bottles just celebrated the one year anniversary of their Camp George location in Golden, so we got together and brewed a collab beer to mark the occasion. This Scottish Wee Heavy was brewed with almost all Colorado ingredients and is rich and malty, with flavors of dried stone fruits, sweet toasted bread, and burnt sugar. We only have one keg of this delicious beer, so grab it while you can!
Joyride Double IPA 9.1% ABV | 100+ IBU
Calling all Hop Heads, this beer is for you! We use 4.5 pounds of hops per barrel to give our Double IPA an aggressive and delicious hop profile. Four different types of American and German malts are used, but the hops are definitely the star here. Seven different additions of Simcoe and Citra hops layer piney, citrus, tropical fruit and melon flavors into this dangerously drinkable ale.
Crispy d'Lite Rice Lager 4.5% ABV | 25 IBU
This rice lager is the lightest beer on our menu and it was brewed to be crispy and crushable. The grist was formed with over 50% toasted rice to make the beer dry, light, and clean, and when that’s combined with a smooth lager strain, the result goes down almost a little too easy. This light lager is perfect for beating the heat, switching things up, refreshing your palate, hanging out, hanging in, or looking for an all day dance partner.
Ice Cutter Kölsch 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU
In the winter after Thomas Sloan flooded his farm, he would cut ice from the lake and sell it to local breweries. As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style, very smooth & drinkable like a lager with a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor & a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.
Eaton Street American Wheat 5.8% ABV | 20 IBU
For the newest beer in our Edgewater Street Series, we wanted to make a super refreshing Spring beer for friends to enjoy together. A mix of Colorado grown wheat and barley lay down the base, while Wakatu hops from New Zealand add gentle lime, honey, and floral flavors that help make this incredibly sessionable. Wakatu is Māori for "safe harbour", and we think you'll feel safe docking up for a few of these.
Mai Mai Hey Hey - Maibock 6.2% ABV | 30 IBU
My my, hey hey, much like rock n' roll, Joyride Brewing is here to stay. Traditionally released as a celebratory beer in Mai (German for May), this seasonal lager is rich and bready with hints of white grape and a touch of bitterness from the use of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. There's more to the picture than meets the eye.
General Zara-Goes Margarita Gose 5% ABV | 5 IBU
Ignacio Zaragoza is best known for winning the Battle of Puebla, where Mexican forces defeated the French, which is now celebrated on Cinco de Mayo. Our take on the German Gose style is tart and salty, with lime and orange purées and agave syrup added instead of coriander. Tartness comes from a lactic acid producing yeast while the salinity is from pink Himalayan sea salt. This refreshing and effervescent ale is full of glory and is as close to a beer margarita as you’ll ever find.
Duke of Lizards IPA 6.9% ABV | 45 IBU
We must inquire, can you still have fun? Introducing the new Duke of Lizards IPA, brewed with a blend of Strata and Simcoe hops. Passionfruit, peach, pine, and dank resin leap out of the glass with each sip getting better than the last. A blend of Root Shoot malt and oats keep the malt character light without the body getting too thin. This one’s no bad crook and is quickly becoming a staff favorite. Order one up, and we’ll beg it all trune for you.
Galloping Coconuts - Coconut Oatmeal Stout 5.8% ABV | 20 IBU
We’re not suggesting coconuts migrate, but they were able to travel from a temperate zone and right into this Oatmeal Stout. The mash, which was 16% oats and six different types of English barley varieties, lays down a pillowy soft base with dark chocolate and caramel flavors. One hundred total pounds of two types of coconuts add toasted bread and nuttiness, which combines with the malt flavors to create a candy bar like sweetness. You’ll love this no matter your quest!
Bear Paw Oatmeal Milk Stout 6.8% ABV | 45 IBU
The Bear Paw is a deliciously decadent Sweet Stout that is robust and silky smooth. Seven different malts create chocolate, roast, caramel and coffee flavors, while five pounds of lactose sugar per barrel balance it out with a velvety sweetness. The flaked oats contribute to a luscious mouthfeel that will leave you wanting another glass. It may seem cute and cuddly, but at around 7%, this one’s got some claws.
