BoozeWater Hard Seltzer - Cherry Limeade 5% ABV

Edgewater’s first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan’s Lake area’s first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural cherry and lime purées create delicious and refreshing flavors that compliment the snappy carbonation. With only around 120 calories per serving, this is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.
Ice Cutter Kölsch 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU

GOLD at 2022 World Beer Cup®. SILVER at 2019 Great American Beer Festival. In the winter after Thomas Sloan flooded his farm, he would cut ice from the lake and sell it to local breweries. As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style, very smooth & drinkable like a lager with a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor & a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.
Better Call Chas - Italian Pils 4.6% ABV | 35 IBU

As our attorney and the General Council for the Colorado Brewers Guild for many years, we were excited to get Chas in the brewhouse to thank him for all his help over the years. This Italian Pils is the type he would order on the golf course or in a taproom, light and refreshing with subtle and delicious hop contributions, and light minerality from our water profile and Italian-grown Pilsner malt. Saphir, Saaz, Cryopop Trial Blend 602, Hallertau Blanc, and Zuper Saazer provide pear, honeydew, and floral character with a hint of herbal spice. Need help? Better call Chas!
Melonor Rigby - Watermelon & Prickly Pear Gose 5.3% ABV | 5 IBU

We didn't want the watermelon or the prickly pear to get lonely, so we paired them up in this refreshing summer Gose. A bio-engineered strain of Saccharomyces that produces lactic acid provides light tartness, pink Himalayan sea salt adds a gentle salinity, and the two fruits help put all sorts of summer vibes in this can.
General Zara-Gose Margarita Sour 5.1% ABV | 5 IBU

Ignacio Zaragoza is best known for winning the Battle of Puebla, where Mexican forces defeated the French, which is now celebrated on Cinco de Mayo. Our take on the German Gose style is tart and salty, with agave syrup and lime purée added instead of coriander. Tartness comes from a Lactobacillus kettle sour, while the salinity is from pink Himalayan sea salt. This refreshing and effervescent ale is full of glory and is as close to a beer margarita as you’ll ever find.
Thunder in a Circle Hazy IPA 6.8% ABV | 40 IBU

Dip your lip and take a sip of this delicious hazy IPA brewed with a combination of Citra and Galaxy. Those two hoppy superstars provide passionfruit, guava, and lemon-lime with a resinous backend. Malted oats provide additional body and a light creaminess that help this to perhaps be the finest in the nation.
The IPA Experiment #24 6.9% ABV | 50 IBU

For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPAs. The twenty-fourth in the series was brewed with Citra and Talus. Look for notes of peach, piña colada, and grapefruit with a hint of cedar. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
Barrel Aged Loxodonta Imperial Stout 14.8% ABV

Loxodonta (pron. Locks-ah-dawn-tah) is the taxon name for elephant and the complexity of this Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is just as large! You’ll immediately notice intense flavors of chocolate fudge, oak, vanilla, molasses, praline, and coffee cream. The base beer was originally brewed in 2020 before spending one year in a mix of Bourbon and Rye whiskey barrels from Laws. This is the inaugural release of what we aim to make an annual tradition during our half-birthday celebration every January. Also available in 500ml bottles for off-site consumption.
Dos Elefantes Mexican Lager 5.3% ABV | 20 IBU

From Cervercería de Joyride comes the preeminent patio crusher this side of the Rio Grande. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt and corn for a crisp finish and a touch of sweetness, as well as Vienna for a light bready backend. Saaz hops provide just enough bitterness to counter the sweet, keeping this as easy drinking as a day at the beach. It’s clean and delicious as is, but it’s also terrific with a squeeze of lime. Why have one when you can have dos?
That Would Really Hit the Spot Hefeweizen 5% ABV | 15 IBU

Ever since we opened up nearly 8 years ago, our Brewmaster’s father has always asked us to brew a Hefeweizen, telling us it would “really hit the spot.” We hope we hit the mark with this classic interpretation of the style. This German wheat has banana and clove flavors from the yeast and a very low hop presence. Overall, you’ll find this beer light, thirst quenching, and perfect for Spring. Dare we say that it will really hit the spot?
Doontoon Scottish Export 4.8% ABV | 20 IBU

You'll want to sing about this Scottish Export Ale. Two types of crystal malt and a dash of chocolate malt provide ample bready, biscuity, and caramel character with more subtle flavors of apricot, fruit leather, plum, brown sugar, and cocoa. A classic Scottish yeast finishes clean and keeps the focus on the malt, while English hops add just a touch of earthiness. When you're alone and life is getting you lonely, Ye kin always go, Ach! Doontoon!
Seashells at Your Feet 5.1% ABV | 5 IBU

With its combination of sour, salt, and citrus, Gose is perhaps the world’s most refreshing beer style. Our example, Seashells at Your Feet, is no exception. The base was kettle soured for 18 hours before adding pink Himalayan sea salt to the boil. During fermentation we infused the beer with blood orange purée and fresh blood orange peel rather than traditional coriander. As we rollover from spring to summer, this delightful German style ale is certain to become a taproom favorite.
Nothing Without Providence Pale Ale 5.8% ABV | 40 IBU

This beer isn't just a reference to the Colorado State Motto, it's a collab beer with our homies across the street, Providence at 5280, for their third anniversary. This hop forward pale ale was brewed with local Root Shoot malt and Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Citra Incognito hops for mango, papaya, orange peel, and pine flavors. Raise a glass to Prov, to 25th Ave, and to yourself for choosing a delicious beer.
Duke of Lizards Hazy IPA 6.6% ABV | 40 IBU

We must inquire, can you still have fun? Duke of Lizards IPA is brewed with a blend of Strata and Simcoe hops for passionfruit, peach, strawberry, pine, and dank resin flavors that leap out of the glass. A blend of Root Shoot malt and oats keep the malt character light without the body getting too thin. This one’s no bad crook and has quickly become a staff favorite. Order one up, and we’ll beg it all trune for you.
The IPA Experiment #25 7.2% ABV | 50 IBU

For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPAs. The twenty-fifth in the series was brewed with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Look for notes of mango, mixed berry, and guava flavors with a resinous backend. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
Suspicious Circumstances Baltic Porter 6.8% ABV | 25 IBU

Chocolate liqueur, toffey, coffee, and toasted hazelnut flavors are all present, with additional complexity showing as it warms. Lagered for 7 weeks to allow for an exceptionally clean finish. There's something suspicious going on here, and it happens to be delicious.
