Goats Go To Helles 4.9% ABV | 15 IBU
Helles is German for "light or bright", and this light lager is bound to brighten anyone's day. Our Helles uses all premium German ingredients and features grainy-sweet and bready malt flavors with a restrained bitterness and a light floral aroma from the hops. This beer was named after one of our Brewmaster’s favorite songs of the 90's, and he hopes it will help you have a good time.
Skankin' Hank Table Saison with Brett - Collab with Barrels & Bottles 4.2% ABV | 20 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Barrels & Bottles as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this saison is small in ABV but big in complexity. A classic Belgian farmhouse yeast and two strains of Brett add spicy and tropical flavors, with a little pineapple and funk also showing up to party. Root Shoot malt, wheat, oats, and rye help the beer finish dry but not come across as too thin. Listen to some horns and skank away with Hank!
Lava Flow Fruited Sour - Collab with Station 26 4.8% ABV | 5 IBU
Contains lactose. Brewed with our good friends at Station 26 as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this fruited sour is sure to transport you to a tropical beach. Fermented with a lactic acid producing yeast strain for a gentle tartness, we then added gobs of strawberry and pineapple purée before letting the beer rest on a mound of real coconut. The result is a combo of a strawberry daiquiri and a piña colada...known as a lava flow!

Radtour German IPA - Collab with Strange Craft 5.7% ABV | 35 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Strange Craft as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this German IPA is light and crisp while featuring classic and new school German hop varieties. Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnang, and Magnum went in the whirlpool while the dry hop consisted of Saphir, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Blanc. Featuring malt from Leopold Brothers. Look for classic noble flavors up front with some citrus, melon, and white grape toward the end. A perfect companion to any rad tour!
Fresh Budz - High Wire - Wet Hop IPA 6.5% ABV | 45 IBU
We worked with High Wire Hop Farm in Paonia, Colorado, to hand deliver us Chinook and Cascade hops straight off the bine. We also worked with Root Shoot Malting out of Loveland so you can taste the terroir in this all Colorado IPA. Wet hops impart a much different flavor and aroma than traditional dry hops, and since harvest only comes once a year, there's only one batch, so drink up while it's here. This batch of Fresh Budz's has fantastic piney, woodsy, pineapple, and white gummy bear flavors. There's nothing quite like some Fresh Budz.
Cohorts and Hops v.III Hazy IPA - Collab with Odell 5.8% ABV | 63 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Odell as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this hazy is bursting with hops flavor from the addition of 6 different hops. Simcoe cryo, Citra, Mosaic, Talus, Experimental Hop 638, and whole cone Galaxy add waves of flavor including notes of grapefruit, peach, passionfruit, and lime. Root Shoot malt and oats provide a luscious mouthfeel that helps all the hoppy goodness go down smooth. Cheers to our cohorts...and hops!
Worth Another Shot Double IPA 8.6% ABV | 90 IBU
Featuring what is commonly referred to as the "Holy Trinity" of hop combos, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, you'll get everything you want from a Double IPA. It has flavors of mango, dank pineapple, citrus, and berry with just enough bitterness to leave you wanting another sip. Even when the competition is fierce, it's always worth it to take another shot.
Plumage Pilsner 5.2% ABV | 40 IBU
Introducing Plumage, a new single-hopped Pilsner with Kolibri, a new Slovenian hop from ZA Hops. And like the multiple layers, colors, and patterns of a hummingbird’s feathers, this hop is equally as varied, with black currant, lychee, white grape, and straw flavors that compliment the easy drinking nature of lager fermentation. Brewed for birds of all feathers.
Tactical Turtleneck - Watermelon & Kiwi Gose - Collab with Downhill 4.8% ABV | 5 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Downhill as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this gose was brewed with watermelon purée and kiwi juice in order to provide maximum refreshment. Kettle soured for 24 hours to add a light tartness and brewed with pink Himalayan sea salt for a gentle kiss of salinity. The beer may not be made of the purest Azerbaijani cashmere wool, but will still come in handy during any spy mission.
Must Go Faster - Tiki Sour 5.8% ABV | 15 IBU
Contains dairy and nuts. This tiki inspired sour beer was brewed as a collaboration with The Electric Cure and Ballmer Peak Distillery to celebrate The Electric Cure’s grand opening a block away on Edgewater’s Main Street. Brewed with lime, passionfruit, and orange for tropical fruitiness, as well as lactose and almond for a touch of sweetness. Ballmer Peak provided pieces of a rum barrel that we soaked in the beer to help cocktail it up a bit.
Rogtoberfest Märzen Lager 5.5% ABV | 23 IBU
Named after our beloved mascot, Roger the Elephant, Rogtoberfest celebrates the arrival of Autumn with this classic interpretation of the Märzen style. The color, as well as the delicate toasty and bready flavors, come from the use of 100% German Munich malt. Hops are restrained, providing just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from being too sweet. The yeast finishes dry and clean, allowing the supreme elegance of this malt forward beer to shine brighter than its hue.
Fresh Budz - Billy Goat - Wet Hop IPA 6.5% ABV | 45 IBU
We worked with Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, Colorado, to hand deliver us Comet hops straight off the bine. We also worked with Root Shoot Malting out of Loveland so you can taste the terroir in this all Colorado IPA. This batch of Fresh Budz has fantastic tangerine, lemon, and grapefruit flavors, with some supporting piney and woodsy. Don't forget to spend some time with your Budz!
Wooden Bicycle Hazy IPA - Collab with Woods Boss 7.2% ABV | 63 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Woods Boss as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this complex hazy was brewed with two different kveik strains for additional tropical expressions. BRU-1, Idaho Gem, and El Dorado hops provide pineapple, juicy fruit, and pear flavors while a touch of yuzu purée lend even more fruit complexity. Root Shoot malt, wheat, oats, and maltodextrin add a sturdy backbone and thick haze. This is a bicycle you'll want to ride for awhile!
Bear Paw Oatmeal Milk Stout 7.2% ABV | 45 IBU
The Bear Paw is a deliciously decadent Sweet Stout that is robust and silky smooth. Seven different malts create chocolate, roast, caramel and coffee flavors, while five pounds of lactose sugar per barrel balance it out with a velvety sweetness. The flaked oats contribute to a luscious mouthfeel that will leave you wanting another glass. It may seem cute and cuddly, but at around 7%, this one’s got some claws.
Joyride Double IPA 9% ABV | 100+ IBU
Calling all Hop Heads, this beer is for you! We use 4.5 pounds of hops per barrel to give our Double IPA an aggressive and delicious hop profile. Four different types of American and German malts are used, but the hops are definitely the star here. Seven different additions of Simcoe and Citra hops layer piney, citrus, tropical fruit and melon flavors into this dangerously drinkable ale.
