BoozeWater Hard Seltzer - Citra Orange 5% ABV

Edgewater’s first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan’s Lake area’s first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural mandarin orange and tangerine purées create delicious sweet and tropical flavors, while a Citra dry hop add additional peach, passionfruit, guava, and grapefruit aromas. With only 150 calories per serving, this is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.
Ice Cutter Kölsch 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU

In the winter after Thomas Sloan flooded his farm, he would cut ice from the lake and sell it to local breweries. As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style, very smooth & drinkable like a lager with a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor & a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.
Eaton Street American Wheat 5.8% ABV | 20 IBU

For the newest beer in our Edgewater Street Series, we wanted to make a super refreshing Spring beer for friends to enjoy together. A mix of Colorado grown wheat and barley lay down the base, while Wakatu hops from New Zealand add gentle lime, honey, and floral flavors that help make this incredibly sessionable. Wakatu is Māori for "safe harbour", and we think you'll feel safe docking up for a few of these.
Black Razz Blonde 5.1% ABV | 20 IBU

Black Razz is in your face with fruit flavor and aroma. This beer takes our brewmaster back to summers spent in Northern Wisconsin when he’d pick wild blackberries and raspberries with his grandparents. We use nearly 400 lbs of fruit puree with the mix being about 57% blackberry. This “blonde” pours a beautiful purple/pink color and has a faint fruit tartness on the back end. It’s berry good!
Doontoon Scottish Ale 4.8% ABV | 20 IBU

You'll want to sing about this Scottish Export Ale. Two types of crystal malt and a dash of chocolate malt provide ample bready, biscuity, and caramel character with more subtle flavors of apricot, fruit leather, plum, brown sugar, and cocoa. A classic Scottish yeast finishes clean and keeps the focus on the malt, while English hops add just a touch of earthiness. When you're alone and life is getting you lonely, Ye kin always go, Ach! Doontoon!
Satan's Stare Red IPA 6.8% ABV | 50 IBU

Satan sat there, alone, in that dull & dingy bar. Aside from occasionally wringing his hands, he was motionless, eyes affixed on his beer. It was a Red IPA, with lemon, floral, pine, and grapefruit flavors from the use of Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, & Colorado Cascade hops. And ever since Lucy left, each pint had become his only friend. He stared at the beautiful red hue & thought about the good times. The bar was closing. He sighed and took one last sip. Maybe, just maybe, tomorrow will be better.
Galloping Coconuts - Coconut Oatmeal Stout 5.8% ABV | 20 IBU

We’re not suggesting coconuts migrate, but they were able to travel from a temperate zone and right into this Oatmeal Stout. The mash, which was 16% oats and six different types of English barley varieties, lays down a pillowy soft base with dark chocolate and caramel flavors. One hundred total pounds of two types of coconuts add toasted bread and nuttiness, which combines with the malt flavors to create a candy bar like sweetness. You’ll love this no matter your quest!
Crispy d'Lite Rice Lager 4.5% ABV | 25 IBU

This rice lager is the lightest beer on our menu and it was brewed to be crispy and crushable. The grist was formed with over 50% toasted rice to make the beer dry, light, and clean, and when that’s combined with a smooth lager strain, the result goes down almost a little too easy. This light lager is perfect for beating the heat, switching things up, refreshing your palate, hanging out, hanging in, or looking for an all day dance partner.
That Would Really Hit the Spot Hefeweizen 5% ABV | 3 IBU

Ever since we opened up almost 7 years ago, our Brewmaster’s father has always asked us to brew a Hefeweizen, telling us it would “really hit the spot.” We hope we hit the mark with this classic interpretation of the style. This German wheat has banana and clove flavors from the yeast and a very low hop presence. Overall, you’ll find this beer light, thirst quenching, and perfect for Spring. Dare we say that it will really hit the spot?
Tetto Pils - Italian style Pilsner 5.2% ABV | 35 IBU

“Tetto” is Italian for rooftop, and although it’s available downstairs as well, we think it truly shines on our upstairs deck. A blend of Saphir, Callista, Southern Passion, and Hallertau hops contribute pleasant floral and herbal characteristics with a touch of red berries, passionfruit, and Asian pear. We chose a malt that was grown near Venice and the Adriatic Sea to highlight the terroir of the region and stay traditional to this emerging style.
Seaside Rendezvous - Fruited Sour 5% ABV | 5 IBU

Like many others, we are daydreaming of life in the not-too-distant future where we can travel and meet old friends on a beach…drink in hand, of course. In the meantime, we hope this refreshing tropical treat will help fill that void and carry you through. A bio-engineered strain of Saccharomyces that produces lactic acid provides a firm tart backbone, while pineapple, blood orange, and pink guava purées added during fermentation makes this beer a vacation in a glass.
Fall Risk Hazy Double IPA 8.2% ABV | 60 IBU

Have you ever fallen over for a beer before? Get ready to with this hazy double IPA. Primarily hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand and a touch of Mosaic for flavors of passionfruit, ripe mango, pine, Pinot Grigio, and pear. Between the hop flavors and soft mouthfeel you won’t notice the higher ABV, so be careful when you stand up!
The IPA Experiment #18 7.3% ABV | 50 IBU

For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPAs. The eighteenth in the series was brewed with El Dorado, Azacca, Amarillo, Cascade, and Hallertau Blanc. Look for notes of pear, mango, grapefruit, and apricot. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
Bear Paw Oatmeal Milk Stout 6.8% ABV | 45 IBU

The Bear Paw is a deliciously decadent Sweet Stout that is robust and silky smooth. Seven different malts create chocolate, roast, caramel and coffee flavors, while five pounds of lactose sugar per barrel balance it out with a velvety sweetness. The flaked oats contribute to a luscious mouthfeel that will leave you wanting another glass. It may seem cute and cuddly, but at around 7%, this one’s got some claws.
