BoozeWater Hard Seltzer - Cherry Limeade 4.5% ABV | 25 IBU
Edgewater’s first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan’s Lake area’s first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural cherry and lime purées prove to be perfect flavor partners that compliment the snappy carbonation. With only 150 calories per serving, this is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.
Distilsner - Colorado Pilsner 4.8% ABV | 25 IBU
For this 100% Colorado ingredient Pilsner, we collabed with Leopold Brothers, who aside from making fantastic whiskey also have an impeccable floor malting facility in Denver that creates malt for brewers to use. Their grain adds honey, biscuit, and a super subtle touch of toffee, while Montrose grown Crystal hops provide small doses of green tea, mango, and cantaloupe. The result is a Pilsner that’s approved by distillers and brewers alike.
Berry Styles 5.2% ABV | 15 IBU
Introducing Berry Styles, a fruited golden ale inspired by a Danish dessert called rødgrød med fløde. Black currants, raspberries, and strawberries were added during fermentation, while vanilla beans were added late to add mellow sweetness and additional dessert essence. Brewed by BeerTenders Dawn and Melissa, who got to brew their own beer for winning last year’s staff fantasy football league. They're pretty happy with how it turned out, and we think you’ll like it too!
Polyamberous Amber Ale 5.2% ABV | 35 IBU
Polyamberous is a slightly hopped up American Amber. Citrusy and piney flavors from classic Cascade and Centennial hops balance nicely with a touch of caramel and toast from the malt. A recipe by Caution Brewing that was brewed as a collab to mark what would've been their 10 year anniversary.
Ah, Ale Yeah! v11 - Hazy Pale Ale 5.4% ABV | 35 IBU
This is the tenth in a series of experimental hop forward American Pale Ales. The plan is to play around with different hop combos, malt compositions, & water profiles. This particular version focuses on a blend of Sabro, Ekuanot, El Dorado, and Mosaic, with strong flavors of lemon/lime soda, orange pith, pineapple, and a splash of coconut. A large percentage of malted wheat and flaked oats help provide a very luscious mouthfeel. We’re sure that after your first sip, you’ll say “Ah, Ale Yeah!”
The IPA Experiment #19 6.9% ABV | 50 IBU
For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPAs. The nineteenth in the series was brewed with Idaho Gem, Galaxy, and Mosaic. Look for notes of watermelon jolly rancher, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, orange, fresh flowers and a touch of dank. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
Edgewater IPA 6.9% ABV | 60 IBU
Edgewater IPA is a west coast style IPA that bursts out of the glass. Apollo, Chinook, and Amarillo hops layer citrus, piney, resiny and floral characteristics across your palate. The hop explosion and dry finish make this extremely drinkable and enjoyable. Edgewater. This is our town. This is our IPA. Take it for a ride.
Joyride Double IPA 9.1% ABV | 100+ IBU
Calling all Hop Heads, this beer is for you! We use 4.5 pounds of hops per barrel to give our Double IPA an aggressive and delicious hop profile. Four different types of American and German malts are used, but the hops are definitely the star here. Seven different additions of Simcoe and Citra hops layer piney, citrus, tropical fruit and melon flavors into this dangerously drinkable ale.
Crispy d'Lite Rice Lager 4.5% ABV | 25 IBU
This rice lager is the lightest beer on our menu and it was brewed to be crispy and crushable. The grist was formed with 50% toasted rice to make the beer dry, light, and clean, and when that’s combined with a smooth lager strain, the result goes down almost a little too easy. This light lager is perfect for beating the heat, switching things up, refreshing your palate, hanging out, hanging in, or looking for an all day dance partner.
Summer Wit 5.2% ABV | 20 IBU
Our Belgian Witbier was brewed with freshly peeled oranges and lemons, as well as coriander and seeds of paradise for fruity and spicy undertones and a bright citrus finish. This incredibly refreshing summer ale uses Belgian yeast to contribute a slight tartness and additional complexity.
At the Drive-In - Raspberry Lemon Gose 4.8% ABV | 10 IBU
Inspired by all of the fruity, delicious drinks at our local drive in restaurant (you know, the one with the GOOD ice). Using our kettle-soured wheat ale base, we added raspberry and meyer lemon purées, a well as pink Himalayan salt. Raspberry forward, with the lemon and salt adding a refreshing balance to this rooftop crusher.
Sloan's Pale Ale 4.8% ABV | 40 IBU
While digging on his farm in 1861, cattle rancher Thomas Sloan hit an underground aquifer, flooded his land, and created what is now known as Sloan’s Lake. We wanted a pale ale that would be lighter in alcohol, full of flavor, and perfect for days sitting around the lake. We used hefty amounts of Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Centennial hops for ample grapefruit, orange, lime, cedar, and melon flavors. The recipe is slightly different than before but we think Mr. Sloan would approve.
Helter Spelter Hazy IPA 6.9% ABV | 45 IBU
This brand new hazy IPA was brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Talus, Simcoe, and Hallertau Blanc. Look for flavors and aromas of honeydew, strawberry, pink grapefruit, and just a touch of sweet pine on the backend. We also used a good amount of spelt, an ancient type of wheat, in the mash…hence the name. When you get to the bottom of the glass, go back to the top of the slide and order another!
All Grown Up IPA 6.5% ABV | 55 IBU
We collabed with the Brew Hut home-brew shop to celebrate their 26th anniversary, took one of our founders’ recipes from 10 years ago, and made some improvements. All Grown Up is a west coast IPA brewed with a blend of Citra and Centennial hops and local Root Shoot Malting malt. Tropical flavors of mango and pineapple mingle with lemon and orange pith, while a touch of resinous pine shows up at the end. What a difference a decade makes!
Bear Paw Oatmeal Milk Stout 6.8% ABV | 45 IBU
The Bear Paw is a deliciously decadent Sweet Stout that is robust and silky smooth. Seven different malts create chocolate, roast, caramel and coffee flavors, while five pounds of lactose sugar per barrel balance it out with a velvety sweetness. The flaked oats contribute to a luscious mouthfeel that will leave you wanting another glass. It may seem cute and cuddly, but at around 7%, this one’s got some claws.
