BoozeWater Hard Seltzer - POG Juice 5.1% ABV
Edgewater’s first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan’s Lake area’s first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural passionfruit, orange, and guava purées create delicious tropical flavors that compliment the snappy carbonation. This is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.
Ice Cutter Kölsch 5.2% ABV | 25 IBU
Silver medal winner at 2019 GABF. In the winter after Thomas Sloan flooded his farm, he would cut ice from the lake and sell it to local breweries. As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style, very smooth & drinkable like a lager with a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor & a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.
Black Razz Blonde 5% ABV | 12 IBU
Breaking away from our normal practice of making subtle fruit beers, Black Razz is in your face with fruit flavor and aroma. This beer takes our brewmaster back to summers spent in Northern Wisconsin when he’d pick wild blackberries and raspberries with his grandparents. We used nearly 400 lbs of fruit puree with the mix being about 55% blackberry. This “blonde” pours a beautiful purple/pink color and has a faint fruit tartness on the back end. It’s berry good!
Rogtoberfest Märzen Lager 5.5% ABV | 23 IBU
Named after our beloved mascot, Roger the Elephant, Rogtoberfest celebrates the arrival of Autumn with this classic interpretation of the Märzen style. The color, as well as the delicate toasty and bready flavors, come from the use of 100% German Munich malt. Hops are restrained, providing just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from being too sweet. The yeast finishes dry and clean, allowing the supreme elegance of this malt forward beer to shine brighter than its hue.
Radtour German IPA - Collab with Strange Craft 5.7% ABV | 35 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Strange Craft as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this German IPA is light and crisp while featuring classic and new school German hop varieties. Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnang, and Magnum went in the whirlpool while the dry hop consisted of Saphir, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Blanc. Featuring malt from Leopold Brothers. Look for classic noble flavors up front with some citrus, melon, and white grape toward the end. A perfect companion to any rad tour!
Ah, Ale Yeah! v12 Hazy Pale Ale 5.7% ABV | 45 IBU
This is the twelfth in a series of experimental hop forward American Pale Ales. The plan is to play around with different hop combos, malt compositions, & water profiles. This particular version focuses on a blend of Citra, Cashmere, Strata, and Michigan-grown Chinook, with strong flavors of tangerine, pineapple, pear, and a hint of sticky icky. The mash includes 15% oats which help provide a very luscious mouthfeel. We’re sure that after your first sip, you’ll say “Ah, Ale Yeah!”
Fresh Budz - Billy Goat - Wet Hop IPA 6.5% ABV | 45 IBU
We worked with Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, Colorado, to hand deliver us Comet hops straight off the bine. We also worked with Root Shoot Malting out of Loveland so you can taste the terroir in this all Colorado IPA. This batch of Fresh Budz has fantastic tangerine, lemon, and grapefruit flavors, with some supporting piney and woodsy. Don't forget to spend some time with your Budz!
The IPA Experiment #20 6.8% ABV | 52 IBU
For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPAs. The twentieth in the series was brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Azacca, Centennial, Cryo Pop, and Cryo Loral. Look for notes of passionfruit, guava, grapefruit, and pine. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
Bear Paw Oatmeal Milk Stout 7.2% ABV | 45 IBU
The Bear Paw is a deliciously decadent Sweet Stout that is robust and silky smooth. Seven different malts create chocolate, roast, caramel and coffee flavors, while five pounds of lactose sugar per barrel balance it out with a velvety sweetness. The flaked oats contribute to a luscious mouthfeel that will leave you wanting another glass. It may seem cute and cuddly, but at around 7%, this one’s got some claws.
Goats Go To Helles 4.9% ABV | 15 IBU
Helles is German for "light or bright", and this light lager is bound to brighten anyone's day. Our Helles uses all premium German ingredients and features grainy-sweet and bready malt flavors with a restrained bitterness and a light floral aroma from the hops. This beer was named after one of our Brewmaster’s favorite songs of the 90's, and he hopes it will help you have a good time.
Skankin' Hank Table Saison with Brett - Collab with Barrels & Bottles 4.2% ABV | 20 IBU
Brewed with our good friends at Barrels & Bottles as part of our 7th anniversary collab series, this saison is small in ABV but big in complexity. A classic Belgian farmhouse yeast and two strains of Brett add spicy and tropical flavors, with a little pineapple and funk also showing up to party. Root Shoot malt, wheat, oats, and rye help the beer finish dry but not come across as too thin. Listen to some horns and skank away with Hank!
Brunchin' Shoes - Belgian Golden Strong with Orange 9.2% ABV | 40 IBU
It’s time to put on your brunchin’ shoes and have beer for breakfast the way God intended. Brunchin’ Shoes is a devilish Belgian Golden Strong brewed with two varieties of real orange for the perfect early morning (or all day) accompaniment. And at 9.2% abv, you’ll forget mimosas are even a thing.
Touchdown Brown 5.2% ABV | 35 IBU
Touchdown is an American Brown Ale that’ll make you want to stand up and cheer. We used five different American and British malts that contribute chocolate, caramel and nutty flavors and combined them with additions of Nugget, Cascade, and EKG at the end to add citrus and floral notes. Go for the end zone with TD Brown!
Sloan's Pale Ale 5% ABV | 45 IBU
While digging on his farm in 1861, cattle rancher Thomas Sloan hit an underground aquifer, flooded his land, and created what is now known as Sloan’s Lake. We wanted a pale ale that would be lighter in alcohol, full of flavor, and perfect for days sitting around the lake. We used hefty amounts of Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Centennial hops for ample grapefruit, orange, lime, cedar, and melon flavors. We think Mr. Sloan would approve.
Duke of Lizards Hazy IPA 6.7% ABV | 50 IBU
We must inquire, can you still have fun? Introducing the new Duke of Lizards IPA, brewed with a blend of Strata and Simcoe hops. Passionfruit, peach, pine, and dank resin leap out of the glass with each sip getting better than the last. A blend of Root Shoot malt and oats keep the malt character light without the body getting too thin. This one’s no bad crook and has become a staff favorite. Order one up, and we’ll beg it all trune for you.
Fresh Budz - High Wire - Wet Hop IPA 6.5% ABV | 45 IBU
We worked with High Wire Hop Farm in Paonia, Colorado, to hand deliver us Chinook and Cascade hops straight off the bine. We also worked with Root Shoot Malting out of Loveland so you can taste the terroir in this all Colorado IPA. Wet hops impart a much different flavor and aroma than traditional dry hops, and since harvest only comes once a year, there's only one batch, so drink up while it's here. This batch of Fresh Budz's has fantastic piney, woodsy, pineapple, and white gummy bear flavors. There's nothing quite like some Fresh Budz.
Edgewater IPA 6.9% ABV | 60 IBU
Edgewater IPA is a west coast style IPA that bursts out of the glass. We use obscene amounts of Apollo, Chinook, and Amarillo hops to layer citrus, piney, resiny and floral characteristics across your palate. The hop explosion and dry finish make this extremely drinkable and enjoyable. Edgewater. This is our town. This is our IPA. Take it for a ride.
