On October 14th, 1892, the town of Edgewater met at the Steinke Saloon and voted on whether to incorporate as a city for the first time. The measure failed, but it was an important milestone in Edgewater becoming who it is today. Since our brewery at least partially sits where the Steinke Saloon used to be, we thought it would be appropriate to celebrate the 125 year anniversary of this event! We’ll have our Steinke Saloon Colorado-Vienna Lager on tap, which is an interpretation of what could’ve been served at the real Steinke Saloon. If you dress up in 1890’s garb, we’ll buy your second beer and give you a coupon for a crowler on your next visit. The staff will be dressed up and we’ll have music from that era. Join us in a fun night of Edgewater pride!
